Premium Annual Maintenance Services
CygNet provides premium support services that include access to our Help Desk and product patches and releases. These services do require a customer log in. If you do not know your password, please use the Forgotten Password link. If your email account is not found, please send an email to Support@CygNet.com. If you have an urgent issue, please contact the CygNet Support Help Desk at 1-866-4CygNet (1-866-429-4638). The Help Desk is available 8:00am to 5:00pm Central Time, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Support tickets are generated for all issues. You will receive an email with the ticket number. Refer to this number for tracking purposes. Please refer to the terms of your Maintenance Agreement regarding ticket types.
